I manage the different types of litigation relating to all aspects of business law: conclusion, execution and termination of commercial contracts (sale, provision of services, distribution, etc.) or commercial leases.

I can also support you if your company is subject to collective proceedings (safeguard, receivership or judicial liquidation), but also if you are a creditor of a company in difficulty.

Transport Law

Maritime, road and air transport – Transport and logistics commission

My experience, first in a P&I Club in London and in the legal department of Bolloré Africa Logistics in Paris, was then enhanced by collaborations in maritime law firms in São Paulo, Paris and Marseille.

I have been managing cargo claims files, repatriation of sailors or stowaways; but also collisions or allisions with port facilities.

Environmental Law

Nuisances and neighborhood disturbances, Pollution

Litigation related to the environment has been at the heart of my commitment since I started practicing this profession.

After writing a paper on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig accident in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010, I worked on cases related to waste treatment and installations classified under environmental protection.

I won a case against the French State by defending associations of local residents who were victims of the incessant passages of helicopters in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

I am also extremely attentive to the nuisances created by cruise ships in Marseille, an issue that I exposed in detail during a symposium in 2019 .

I intervene in all types of disputes relating to the civil liability matters.
